How to Report Electricity Theft to MEPCO
Method 1: Call MEPCO Anti-Theft Helpline
- Call 118 and report the theft
- Provide the address and description of the theft
- You can report anonymously — you do not need to give your name
Method 2: Visit MEPCO Sub-Division Office
- Visit your nearest MEPCO Sub-Division or Division office
- Submit a written complaint about the electricity theft
- Provide as much detail as possible about the location and type of theft
